If anything goes wrong due to craftsmanship or materials, we stand behind it and make it right.

Within the warranty window, you can return the piece for full store credit toward any new Aura Devina item.

What’s Covered

Your warranty protects against:

Chain or clasp breakage
Stones loosening or falling out due to craftsmanship
Tarnishing, fading, or discoloration — even with daily wear, showers, or workouts
Faulty components (posts, hooks, jump rings, etc.)

If it’s a quality-related issue, we’ll take care of it.

How the Warranty Works

Send Your Piece Back

We’ll provide a prepaid return label at our cost. You simply cover the label charge.

Full Store Credit

Once your original piece arrives back to us, we’ll issue store credit for the full purchase price, which never expires.

Replacement Shipping

When you select your new piece, a flat 15 dollar shipping fee applies to send the replacement item.

What’s Not Covered

Lost or stolen items
Damage caused by harsh chemicals or improper handling
Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Daily wear, including showering, is fully covered because our jewelry is designed for it.

30-Day Standard Returns

Unused, unworn jewelry in original condition may be returned within 30 days for a refund or store credit.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Lifetime Support

Even after your 18-month warranty ends, you’re still covered.

We offer lifetime discounted repairs and replacement options because quality jewelry should last.
