Send Your Piece Back
We’ll provide a prepaid return label at our cost. You simply cover the label charge.
Full Store Credit
Once your original piece arrives back to us, we’ll issue store credit for the full purchase price, which never expires.
Replacement Shipping
When you select your new piece, a flat 15 dollar shipping fee applies to send the replacement item.
What’s Not Covered
Lost or stolen items
Damage caused by harsh chemicals or improper handling
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Daily wear, including showering, is fully covered because our jewelry is designed for it.
Orders ship within 24 hours. If placed before 11 am, we ship the same day. You’ll receive tracking as soon as it leaves our studio.
Unused, unworn items in original condition may be returned within 30 days for a refund or store credit. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
